We guarantee at Pinwheel Island Kids Cafe, located in the south of Brisbane at Macgregor (5 minutes walk from Westfield, Garden City shopping centre and 8 minutes drive from Sunnybank Plaza shopping centre) to provide your children with a unique environment that is fantastic fun, safe, clean and engaging whilst you...try out our great fresh coffee and food menu...we’re sure you’ll love it! 

We would like to gently remind all of our customers that it is necessary to wear SOCKS when entering the playground. This policy is in place to maintain the highest level of hygiene and safety for our young guests, as they are more susceptible to allergies, infections, and other health concerns.

For the parents...

 

Just take it easy (you deserve it!) Sit back and relax with a freshly ground coffee and a cake or whatever takes your fancy from our yummy menu and watch the kids do their stuff!...Then when they’re ready - call em in for something also yummy and tasty from the children’s menu!!

  • A free return pass and a birthday hat for for birthday child 

  • $85 for 30 minutes extension

Our policy

Playground Rules​

  • No running, pushing, rough play, or climbing on non-designated structures.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • We would like to gently remind all of our customers that it is necessary to WEAR SOCKS when entering the entrance gate of our venue. 

  • Admission fees are non-refundable.

  • No food, drink, or chewing gum in the playground area.

  • Sick children should not use the playground.

Cafe Rules​

  • Strictly NO outside food and drinks allowed. (Except food for infants and children with allergies)

  • Please notify staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

  • Seating is first come, first served. We do not hold tables except table bookings.

  • Walk-ins are always welcome.

  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the cafe for guest use. Please ask a staff member for the network name and password.

  • ​

Parties and Group Bookings

  • Party packages and group events must be booked in advance.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Party deposits are refundable with a minimum 4 weeks notice of cancellation. Pasrty booking cancelled within 4 weeks of the event are non-refundable.​

  • Party hosts are responsible for the behavior and supervision of all attending children.​​​
